I love this app, the free version has a lot of map data that isn't available anywhere else. It's nice to see property boundaries when hiking and out also shows township and county lines. Pop up for premium is slightly intrusive, I just haven't tried that to see if the extra features are worth it.

You cannot see parcel ownership information without paying 90 per year. It just shows you the parcel boundaries and numbers with zero information.

Absolute garbage. Worked ok. wanted more info about a parcel so upgraded to paid version, and now you can't get past the agree to terms page. Both via app and site. Other apps offer the same info so don't bother with this one

Property info is minimal no ownership insights land borderlines descriptive and there is no difference when you get premium do not use it find something else.

Age Verification Failure, I am 57 years old, and I have verified that my age is correct on Google, but the Acres app won't start saying: "Based on the age verification from the Play Store, the account holder is under 18." RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: The FIRST thing I did was check my info on Google, and it is correct. This is the only app that I have experienced this problem with, and it still persists. Since your billing department is obviously quite functional, I will try to cancel my auto-fit.

Doesn't let you look for any acreage unless you start a subscription. I'll stick with Zillow.
