Never had the chance to use the app, unable to log in. Password reset does not work. App repeatedly locked.

Overwhelmed and overloaded with notifications. I just want to have daily notifications for the calendar entry and nothing else but can't select this. Then when I follow the notification I'm pulled into a stream like Instagram when I'm trying to minimize digital distractions. Just one notification telling me what positive action to take today please. Currently, no good for my ADHD.

Suddenly signed out of app and despite trying to reset my password 3 or 4 times, uninstalling and signing up with an entirely different email address, still not letting me in again. Highly frustrating as I'm still receiving the many daily notifications!

Not effective and even triggers unhappiness and loneliness. February: "send a message to someone you're thinking about" who am I supposed to send that to? Where's the tips for building connections. No groups or connections in my area- and all Canadian "resources" are a joke and don't help anyone I would know, not calling...
