Action taken only in words In beginning of this application I have complained regarding runnel cleaning , at that time immediately action is taken and runnel is cleaned , but after passing almost 3month no one came for cleaning so i complained again for that , i was shocked by receiving message that problem is resolved but actually not solved and also i got a call regarding this and i told that problem is not solved. After getting assurance, problem is not solved yet and this happens two times regularly.

Illegal car parking Lodged a complain regarding illegal car parking. Neither reference no. Was provided nor any action was taken in this regard. Complaint lodged can't be traced. In order to make a smart app, fix the aforementioned issues ASAP.
