It's a completely useless app. My landlord has connected their private Wall box chargers in the underground parking to this app, and it's impossible to start the charge. All attempts to resolve the issue with the app technical support have come to nothing. Their stuff clearly has no clue how to configure private chargers that typically require an invitation to use. I now have to use a street charger outside the building. Those guys seem not to care even for the profits they lose because of that.

Absolutely impossible to charge. 2nd time I use it. Now it says I'm too far away to charge, being right on top of the charger. Refund me, please.

One of the worst changing experiences - and I've downloaded a lot of charging apps! You have to preload money into a wallet. I did this assuming I'd get a certain KW charge. However I only got 3kw, so I hardly spent any of the money in the wallet. The app says you can't take money out of your wallet, so now it is stuck there. Doubt I'll use it as there are very few chargers
