★★☆☆☆ Another deceptive billing review. I'm thinking someone should probably complain to their state to look into Birch Grove.

★★☆☆☆ Does not do anything it says. Put it on one computer, using my phone to keep tabs on the computer and even when there is no internet going to the computer being tracked & it's powered off, it shows activity on the down computer. How? Last night I unplugged the computer, let the battery drain, and turned off wifi, today, loads of activity for that specific computer. How? Damn good thing I didn't waste my money on a full upgrade for tnis. Crock of 💩
