Acumatica Cloud ERP Software enables small and mid-sized businesses to access financials, inventory, sales, purchases, and more from any web browser on any device. This allows your entire workforce to get real-time data and manage business processes using an Android device.

Key Features:
- Expense receipts and claims: submit new expenses using the camera on your device to photograph receipts. View submitted expense claims to see if they have been approved.
- Reports and dashboards: view real-time reports and dashboards.
- Time cards: enter time sheets and follow up on tasks.
- Approvals: review and complete approvals in just a few clicks.
Role Specific Features:
- Support: create and work on cases including adding pictures with your camera and taking notes using voice to text.
- Sales: manage contacts, your opportunity pipeline, create sales orders, and check order status.
- Purchasing: manage purchase orders and receipts
- Field services: perform daily appointment work including driving directions, taking notes using voice to text, entering inventory, lookup past appointments, recording time, taking pictures from the job site, and more.

- Developers, partners, and ISVs can create new applets without programming skills so users can access any data or Acumatica screen function.

Recent changes:
- The main menu load time improvement was enabled for all users.

- Screens with barcode fields, such as Pick, Pack, and Ship, could become unresponsive after the app was minimized and then restored after a prolonged period of inactivity.

- Users were silently logged out when they tapped Back on the main menu.

Acumatica Mobile app truly stays upto it's reputation of ERP on the go, business app that business owners, sales executives can quickly access valuable information at fingertips, literally entire ERP data and it's free. It's not as a platform app, so developers can expose any Acumatica screens even custom screens to native Android and iOS. Just love the integration. - Harsha Sarjapur

Subpar. Hassle when you must create multiple timesheets for the same week woth no way off seeing hours per day. I have to spend 15 minutes to an hour per week to ensure all my time is properly calculated. I've had instances where I work through the weekend and the app takes my Saturday and Sunday hours and puts them on Friday causing an issue of 32 hours on one day to be reported.

It's the worst program out there. Would avoid it at all cost. Problems plus. Avoid the aggravation and choise another program. You'll be better ahead.
