Love acv. That app just makes it even more convenient to buy cars. No longer have to sit at the desk. I can bid on cars anywhere anytime... however the past 3 days we have noticed an issue with the app and android phones. But our partner is an iPhone guy and the app works great on his phone. Please help us fix this. We have done everything...

Overall a very good platform & very user-friendly. Cutting edge technology. Tonight however none of the audio clips are loading & playing. Sure it's a glitch but inconvenient when you're hunting down cars after hours - if there is a such thing.

This is the worst platform for car auction. I won 4 cars and the sellers don't agree to the price. If the bid timer ran out and m winning I should get the car. But the sellers reject the bids. I even counter offered the price still they are not happy. Then why even have bidding feature. The car should be set to buy now price and let buyers decide if they wana buy or not. The app doesn't even state clearly about title brands clear/salvage. Stupid app. I better stick to IAA/Cop art.

I've been using the ACV app to buy cars for over 5 years with relatively no technical issues. For some reason, now it doesn't filter to my saved searches... I've re-installed, updated when available, but now it shows me cars in NJ, California, and Indiana when I check ready to sell
