★★★★★ Love acv. That app just makes it even more convenient to buy cars. No longer have to sit at the desk. I can bid on cars anywhere anytime... however the past 3 days we have noticed an issue with the app and android phones. But our partner is an iPhone guy and the app works great on his phone. Please help us fix this. We have done everything...

★★★★★ Best auction I have used by far. Everything is transparent, and they stand behind there arbitration policy and never try to give you the run around. I truly feel they work for you and not the other way around which is rare in an auction, and there commitment to making sure every seller is honest is a huge plus. I don't use any other auction. App is extremely easy to navigate and understand as well.

★★☆☆☆ I have begun ignoring the app alerts on my phone because so many false alerts come through for cars out of my search parameters. It's been this way since they changed the look of the app.

★★☆☆☆ They Lose paperwork, charge you for vehicle and buyers fees, charge extra for extended arbitration but take weeks and weeks to deliver titles and lien releases... meanwhile if you don't pay and pickup they shut you off. Pickup vehicle 5 hours away only for them to not produce a title, and then it's up to you??? Competition is coming for ACV and then their ripoff will be over... The worst of the worst in the auto auction field. Stick with ADESA and Mannheim at least they honor their own rules
