I downloaded an adware outside of play store. I tried almost every av i.e. Bitdefender, avira, avg, avast, malware bytes to detect that adware app but none worked. Though this app worked and informed me about which app was really causing popping up ads.

That Thing Works Actually, it took a second to show that 3rd party No name app that was causing all the pop-up ads, and I uninstalled that App. Problem solved thanks
