★★★★★ I recently started using the Adani One app, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I need.

★★☆☆☆ I booked the ticket with seat selection add on and paid extra. However, while going for Rechecking I had to pay extra for seats again which I had already paid. Cheating at its best. When contacted the customer care executive told me that the page got refreshed and hence seat were not selected. Is it my fault that your app got refreshed? When I asked him the same question he defended by saying you get to see all things coberd while at checkout in the cart. Have the balls to accept and stop loot.

★★☆☆☆ Guys don't book tickets through this application.bcz it's taken so many days to refund your money. Where other apps tekken maximum fue hours or minutes if you made payment through UPI.

★★☆☆☆ It is a really pathetic app. They charge 500 as convenience fees which is non-refundable in the policy, and it is mentioned in the policy in clear terms. You can hotels at reasonable price but if you want to cancel you are at a loss. Besides, they don't take care of refunds as well. They say money will be refundable within 10 business days, but it doesn't come. It's been 10 business days, but I have not gotten my refund. When u contact the team they just ask you to wait. My 6800 are still stuck.
