L love free usage option for watching ads. And auto subs are quite accurate. What I don't like though is the lack of optimization with fonts. But it is still my go-to app.

It takes a while to process captions but, at least in my experience, they are pretty spot on and require very little editing. Solid app. Once free trial is up it allows for continue with ad watch which is fantastic.

It's simple in usage but gets sometimes disrupts when needed to save the video. Not all the time, but still, it gets me frustrated from time to time. Also, I wish that subtitles and translation could be done in one go. All the rest is quite nice. And yeas, this app re ognise the voice better than many other apps, don't need to change-edit a lot my text.

Is varicella down? Pay for a subscription only for every video not to add subtitles any more just one line that says text Edit, they fixed it, don't ever make me try to go to another app 😞

Great app. Perfectly transcribed a 30-minute video in English for free. A feat that none of the rest of so-called apps in Play Store could accomplish.

Works fine for a while, but then stops producing any subtitles for videos. I have recently bought 60 mins of subtitle coverage and can't use them because no matter how many times I restart the app and pick a video it just gives me one line with the word "Text" in it. The video is only 2 minutes long mind you! I assumed the only way to fix it is to reinstall the app and buy more minutes. Did it today and paid again, but it still doesn't work! If you all don't fix it I'm filing a complaint.

Best app for masochists. If you would like to waste your time - install varicella immediately. It doesn't work at all, I create a video on my phone and added subtitles, every time before the saving I get a message "Error.restart your device", which I did many times, but I still get this message.
★★☆☆☆Dalibor Petrinic· Aug 9, 2026
It was ok in the beginning, not it skips a portion of the text, very annoying. 20-30sec of talk empty and can't be added to fit time.
