When a visit is missed there needs an option for "in a meeting/training". Also, how to turn off Top Stories? Doesn't really serve a purpose.

This Apps performance is LOUSY; I would like to be able to add this to my desk top but it's a no-go, it keeps advising me that is not compatible with my desk top!! I use my desk top computer to address all matters of business and to print when needed its more convenient and easier access for looking at all profiles on the ADDUS when possible!!

I contacted the office at least twice last week about Adds Connects. The app has been indicating that there was no clock in or out every scheduled work day since May 30th. I had to submit an electronic exception for each scheduled work day since then. Obviously, there is a technical issue somewhere because I have clocked in and out each day from the client's landline phone just as I have since December 2011. I would appreciate assistance from someone who is knowledgeable about the app.

I cannot even get into the app. It says they sent a code to my phone but nothings there. Went to office they verified that they have my right number, but it's still not working. Office tried to help, supervisor tried to help, IT tried to help several times, now It's been over 7 weeks. Installed then uninstalled several, several times and still not working. No one knows. I was even told they do not have all the kinks worked out yet. But!!!! But I still cannot get into Adds Connect. Thanks
