Description
ADF Active helps you get fit enough for the Australian Defence Force. It allows you to evaluate how close you are to ADF recruitment standards, then helps you get fit enough to join the Navy, Army or Air Force.
Attaining the fitness required to join the Navy, Army or Air Force is well within most people's capability. ADF Active is the smarter, more efficient way to reach that level.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT Take the Pre-Entry Fitness Assessment (PFA) to see how close you are to the ADF requirements for male and female recruits. You can also check out your Body Mass Index.
PERSONALISED PROGRAM From your results, ADF Active creates a personalised program designed to get you to the required fitness level for your gender and preferred service.
TECHNIQUE TRAINING You'll be shown the correct way to do push-ups, sit-ups and a Beep Test, with step-by-step instructional images and videos.
PROGRESS TRACKING Check how you're progressing with stats, graphs and badges.

Great app Two problems. Should have an aspect to measure your 2.4km run, also should mention the 2.4km run is a requirement. Another problem is the beep test only goes up to 7.5. Would be good to aim for a higher number (hitting 7.5 with ease) and for people aiming for the special forces. Other than that, great app.

Suck on loading screen This app gets stuck on the loading screen where on the apple version I can sign in and do everything fine. You need to fix the android app

Does not work This app does not work. It will ask you to sign up via email or Facebook and when after putting in my details, and I've been spelling my name the same way all my life, it says it can't log me in please ensure your details are correct.

I cannot seem to reset my password via the app. I can select password reset and recieve an email. When I select the reset password link in the email a webpage opens and gets stuck in a loop consistently reloading. Thoughts?
