Good app but desperately needs a quiet hours feature to suppress notifications when you aren't working!

Product seems to work well. On Android I don't get Notifications when new requests come in. Hense the lack of a star. Though that's pretty important. Seems to work great on IOS for notifications. Really simple to use. Doesn't do much. But doesn't need to.

Good app. The notification settings are a great addition, but do not seem to work properly. I am getting notifications regardless of working hours or Do not disturb settings. Removing a star because notification settings are not being fixed

Android issues with SSO and Request tab. 1. When using on Android the only thing that shows up in the request tab is Quarantined request, not the pending, or denied. This makes the app useless. 2. When using SSO with O365/Azure it just takes one to the Google web page and not back into the App, again making the App useless on Android. On iOS devices the app seems to work great. So sad they did not put more effort in to the android app.

Issues with getting notifications on Android 16, reported bug and company told me to open a ticket lol. I don't think my AE works there, nobody ever calls back, no support. Product seems good, company is horrible
