★★★★★ Great app. I wish there was an option to have it translated English to make navigation easy. Had to use the website to see it in English.

★★★★★ The app takes longer than expected to process the payment and to show the purchased tickets. Thank Goodness I'll take a trip on Tuesday, but I just got the payment processing email, but tickets doesn't appear yet in "my tickets" mis boleros in Spanish. Besides, I had to try more than twice to pay for the tickets I bought myself. I'm just asking for a faster payment processing whit debit card! Thank you!

★★★★★ Easy to use, but only because my boyfriend speaks Spanish. I needed him to help navigate the questions - would have been great to have some translation options. ADO is the best, safest and most comfortable mode of longer-route transportation that I've found in Mexico. 10/10 would recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely awful. Two hours of trying to book tickets. The app rejects the payment every time. The timer isn't helpful either if you are trying to translate from Spanish to English. No Buena! Don't bother wasting time booking on the app. The website works better

★★☆☆☆ When trying to pay with credit card, it sends a text, but the text does not arrive before the purchase window closes, or when returning to the app to enter the code, it resets, so you have to start over. When clicking PayPal, the app does not move forward. We wasted 1.5 hrs. Between last night and this morning trying to buy the ticket and when we got to the bus station to buy in person, the time we wanted was full. Worthless app.
