My name is Mongezi I'm based in Sand ton I'm being using Adozzy App since 2022 it's being helpful and great... I and my client we use it every day... And all my students whom I teach I refer them to use Adozzy to charge their phone while we are still working. Ad oozy Power is so convenient, I used it at Sand ton City, I had a problem with registration of my biometrics but after getting help from a friend who knows how to use it, I was able to get a powerbank. It's fast charging and very light. Very convenient, keep it up guys :)

The app was great for a few weeks, and then they charged me for a Powerbank that I did return and when I tried to get assistance from their support, they suspended my account 😑.... I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Works first few times after that when you try to borrow a power bank it will show that you received it whilst nothing popped up, and you can't borrow unless you return

First, My phone was flat, so I had to find a charger to rent a powerbank. This makes no sense. Next, The app is buggy and crashes on Galaxy S24. I also didn't like that I had to give the app so much access to my personal info and allow location, and that it track me continuously. Then, the Sign-up process was difficult and was charged twice for loading bank card. Lastly, the powerbank doesn't have fast charge, so you are tethered to the powerbank for 2 hours. Great idea. Execution is flawed
