Update 2021: none of these issues were adressed. The main feature of the application (messaging) is stuck behind a pay wall. And by the way, I think the price is way too high for what features it provides. The UI could use a little update, the work flow to search people is horrendous and tedious. You will get spams messages for various events just so you reactivate your "premium" account (required to read the messages). Really dark patterns. There are quite a lot of fake accounts too...

Don't recommend at all. Support is useless. You need to both subscribe AND pay for charms to get anywhere. If you don't subscribe? Well the charms you paid for are then useless as you can't get to your messages. So basically: subscribe to be able to use the messaging system, pay for charms to get matched. A very bad design for the user but a very profitable one for the company. In one word: scam.

I wouldn't mind the concept of giving the power to the woman. But on the man side it's a ripp off .you will pay for a subscription than additionally for being seen or to say hello. That could be acceptable, but the problem is the money that you invest is not used to secure & moderate. So you will spend your money on bots & inactive Profile. If you have this kind of business you should only show profile that were active not so long ago & verified somehow, not momo from bamako impersonating Nicole.
