I love the children. I am fed up with the pushy unrealistic dead head rates. The reps/ dispatchers don't consider the fact that it takes gas to pick the children up every day. Their goal is to pay you the lowest rates and have all your app info disappear and make claims that it's an app glitch. If you dare deal with this app you should have a notebook and often screenshot to document document document. Unbelievable and to see there hasn't been any update from the previous reviews of others.

They made me in danger and did not pay me for the damages made by the student over 400 dollars of damages inside my car... I have been calling them for over 1 month, and they keep giving me the same excuses...

They will tell you to take trips even if they are not convenient for you. They gave me a set of trips but the time and distance from my place to the pickup point was a lot, so I told them I couldn't make it because the traffic at that time. The "manager" was very rude expecting me to take the trips they gave me without realizing that I could be up to 2 hours in traffic which is not even profitable... I told them I could take other closer trips but looks like they really want to force you.
