The tech was very nice, professional, and helpful. The team that called me needed more training on the phone. They told me I was approved and wasn't at all. But the tech that came out helped me, and I got all my security and cameras. Great job, and I will refer you all to other people, but please talk to the ones that's on the phone. I spoke to 2 different people, and it's kind of sad. I wouldn't have gotten it with this wonderful person who came out to install my stuff.

ADT makes it sound like their app is so great and wonderful however if you have cameras at your house, do not expect to be able to actually use the video option through ADT+ app. It is horrible. You can't use the zoom function ever and 85% of the time, you'll only have a black screen with no video. You'll need to download a separate app to use the video function. After we had the system installed, that's when we were told by ADT that their app sucks.
