Buteyko course participants start with the basics and are guided by a certified ABI instructor to gradually raise their level until they're ready for the most advanced levels. This approach guarantees best results in terms of fitness, general health and reversal of chronic disease.

I love the Advanced Buteyko Institute app! I have used it for years and there is nothing that compares to it!!! It has really helped me keep my health in check and keep my breathing exercises fun and doable.... I have used both the desktop and mobile version and it's so perfect. I can do some of my breathing exercises on my way to and from work and even during breaks in my work-day. All the numbers are automatically entered, and the statistics are super fun. I can wholeheartedly recommend the app!

I found this app & the lessons difficult to follow. Not really what I was looking for. I wanted a simple app to focus on breathing, not holding your breath. Others may find it suits them perfectly - just not for me. Plus, there are LOTS of suggestions to sign up for the course. I found that annoying.

Newest update made it impossible to open, keeps crashing -- Always crashes after Breathe Very Little part in circle #4. Disappointing experience after paying so much money for a full course with instructor. Please resolve this /edit Resolved with simply clearing Google Play cache and reinstalling.

Awful app. Tried to sign into a free account to save and edit my sessions, and was not successful. Apart from this, the app recorded twice the number of sessions and kept sending notifications. Last, but not least, the app is particularly clunky and unattractive.

This new update is terribly done. The idea of measuring pulse is good but execution su.ks. It's ringing a vibrating non-stop during the session. You can not turn it of neither you can focus.
