Can't even login! Using a password manager, thus no mistake. Web login works fine. Probably devs are also QAs on this project, and by extend they cruelly believe they make no bugs. This is the only possible explanation why QAs DON'T KNOW LOGIN ISN'T WORKING! My password is 20 chars incl. specials

Don't know what is going on with the company (at this point, I don't care). Tried to log into my account with the app and get a popup error message, "Login Failed". Went to website and find no link there to log into my account at all. Booked through Avis app.

Interface may be fine for booking new reservations, but I am customer with an existing reservation. Apparently you can't look up reservations you have already made, which would be helpful for the trip we are going on. I will be uninstalling!
