Advisor Desk

Stop guessing, start knowing. Advisor Desk is a powerful, offline-first productivity super-app designed for freelance and work-from-home (WFH) customer care advisors. Take complete control of your performance by tracking every metric that matters—from login hours and call counts to CSAT, CQ scores, and complex salary calculations—all in one private and secure app. Powered by Advisor Desk AI, your personal performance coach, the app provides intelligent insights to help you hit targets, forecast earnings, and visualize your growth.

🚀 Smart Work & Performance Tracking

Effortlessly log daily login hours (HH:MM:SS), total calls, and non-billable calls. Track advanced metrics like customer satisfaction (CSAT) with T2/B2/N scores and monitor your Call Quality (CQ) audit scores. Manage your schedule by marking week-offs and personal leaves, and visualize your entire month, including workdays and performance, in an intuitive calendar view.

🧠 Advisor Desk AI: Your Personal Coach

Get proactive insights and personalized summaries on your dashboard, from morning briefings to end-of-day reviews. Use the AI Performance Analyzer for a deep-dive analysis of your monthly performance, with AI-generated feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement. Chat with your data in plain language (e.g., "How many more calls for my bonus?") and get AI-suggested monthly goals based on your past performance.

💰 Intelligent Salary & Bonus Engine

Get a precise, real-time estimate of your monthly earnings. The app provides a transparent breakdown of your salary, including:

⚫Base Salary (based on billable calls)
⚫Performance Bonus (based on call & hour targets)
⚫CSAT Bonus (based on customer satisfaction scores)
⚫TDS Deduction

Fine-tune all salary and bonus parameters in the settings to perfectly match your company's pay structure.

📊 Advanced Goal Setting & Reporting

Define monthly targets for login hours and call counts and watch your progress in real-time with beautiful circular progress bars. See your potential earnings if you fully achieve your goals. Generate professional, customizable reports for any date range, choosing exactly what to include—from daily entries to CSAT/CQ breakdowns and salary details. Instantly export reports as PDF or Excel files and share them via WhatsApp, Gmail, or any app.

🔒 Unmatched Privacy & Security

Your data is yours alone. Advisor Desk is 100% offline-first, storing data securely on your device. No internet, no sign-up, no cloud storage. We collect nothing. Secure your app with a PIN or Biometric (fingerprint/face) lock, with auto-lock settings. Easily create a local backup of your database and restore it anytime.

✨ Polished & Customizable UI

Experience a sleek, intuitive UI built with Flutter. Personalize your app with full theme control, including Light & Dark Mode, a battery-saving AMOLED Black Theme, and Material You dynamic theming (Android 12+). Choose from various accent colors and customize your dashboard by reordering or hiding widgets. A Home Screen Widget (Android) is also available for quick tracking.
