Only reason it's getting 4 stars is because I've had multiple issues with my account resetting, and it's just really annoying! But for that matter the reason it's not getting less stars is the fact that customer support is absolutely on point! And did everything I needed them to do.

I liked the way it worked before you didn't have to be really at the location to check in, and it still counted. I have won a few times that way. After this new update now you have to be at a valid location to check in.

Dumb AF. it keeps telling me to download the app in the app. Location finder does not work. None of the contests work.

This app sucks. I have not veen able to use it for check ins for a year now. None of the places I go have the kiosk anymore. So I don't know how they get winners when the app doesn't do check ins and locations don't have a kiosk to check in on.
