★★★★★ We should be able to add our Aetna ID card into our Google Wallet on the Android app and Apple Wallet on the iOS app with one click from the Aetna app.

★★☆☆☆ Aetna Has Let Me Down Loyal Customers Deserve Better I’ve been with Aetna since 2017, and I used to feel like a valued customer. Sadly, over time, that’s changed. Year after year, my benefits have slowly diminished while the cost of coverage and prescriptions continues to rise. Now, in 2025, the changes to my plan have made it impossible for me to get the medications I need to survive and put my health at risk! It’s absolutely unforgivable!

★★☆☆☆ I want to change Health Insurance plans strictly bc of the app. It's impossible to pay premium. Aetna makes it the most difficult task. I have never in my life had such issues trying to find a bill to payer than with Aetna.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely garbage. Doesn't work at all. The website is the same thing. Enter a new login freshly set up and neither the website nor the app recognize the new login. Change my password, and it allows me to do that then I try to log in again and same thing no access. Genius design, create an account, so we can immediately deny you access after you have given us all your personal information. Genius design
