Loooove Louise Louise. You can use the program in so many different ways. I've always been a fitness junky and programs usually target beginner. This one decently helped me to reach higher fitness goals, even already being quite fit. It's just so much value in that program. Worth every penny.

I have been going to a gym for 6 months and aimlessly using machines I think I should use. I have done 3 workouts from Natasha Oceane and I can tell it is a much more effective workout. The Aflete app makes it easy to track my workouts and see what is up next. It is manually click through, no audio or auto track, but I like that because you can enter how much weight you use and take the rest breaks you need.

This app has always been a bit glitchy, but it was tolerable... until recently. Now it's unbearable, it stops working in the middle of my workout while I'm trying to enter my reps, so I have to force-quit the app. And I think that the timer feature makes it crash more. Thankfully I don't lose data (well, the timer data), but I have to quit the app so often to get it working again that I'd pay money at this point to get my training program out of this damn system, cc @Natacha Océane

Veneer buggy app. Half the time I can't get it to load at all and have to reinstall the app to use it and if I am able to get it to load it will freeze mid-workout. The workouts don't reset properly and there are a lot of glitches.

Very glitchy app, I'm always having to quit it then reopen, so annoying when you are in the middle of a workout. Though I do love the workouts
