Good value of money but the app keep crushing and not able to log in at times. Crushing is the issue also it takes money while not connected. Can someone update the app it's crushing and freezing

★★★★☆ Patrick Munamato · Aug 7, 2021

Really liked the app, it's a great value for money. Its so cheap calling home. It has managed me to keep in touch with my family daily. Thank you

★★★★★ Elsie Chinouya · Jan 25, 2024

Easy to install. It has value money using it.

★☆☆☆☆ Susan Mudzimu · Aug 13, 2025

I can't log in to my account. I did top up £10 on my account and haven't received the credit. The customer service number is not going through. Emailed them but the email address doesn't exist.

★☆☆☆☆ Tadi Mungate · Jul 16, 2025

Terrible, topped up $10 and never received the credit on my app. And the so-called "customer service" is literally non-existent - you call and message them, and they never answer the phone or respond to your messages. Ended up having to file a complaint with PayPal, who thankfully sent me back my money. Think twice before using this app!!

★☆☆☆☆ Al Nota · May 16, 2026

Been using the app for a while and now since the update, nothing works. You dial a number and nothing happens, just dead silence. Why fix something which is not broken. Terrible.
