Good value of money but the app keep crushing and not able to log in at times. Crushing is the issue also it takes money while not connected. Can someone update the app it's crushing and freezing

I can't log in to my account. I did top up £10 on my account and haven't received the credit. The customer service number is not going through. Emailed them but the email address doesn't exist.

Terrible, topped up $10 and never received the credit on my app. And the so-called "customer service" is literally non-existent - you call and message them, and they never answer the phone or respond to your messages. Ended up having to file a complaint with PayPal, who thankfully sent me back my money. Think twice before using this app!!
