How can you suspend someone on platinum subscription and refuse to retrieve it. This app is a fraud. You didn't suspend my account when I've not subscribed but the moment I subscribed you suspended my account without any offense. You need to unlock my account immediately because I've submitted all the requirements needed since one week, but I was told 48hrs and up till now I can't access my account and my subscription is wasting away
