I am extremely disappointed with this app. My letter never arrived, and I’ve been waiting for so long. I wrote at least six letters, and none came through, even though some should have arrived over a month ago. This app also raises serious privacy concerns. I don’t feel safe knowing my personal letters and photos could be accessed by others. It’s frustrating and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It doesn’t work and might violate privacy. Stay away!

I think this app is fake. Yesterday I sent a letter to myself and schedule it for today just to check whether this app works or not. It's been two days, and I didn't receive any mail. How can I be sure that I will receive mail on a random day or after 4or5 years?

I really wanted to love this app since it has a nice concept, but I have never received a single letter that is setted to send back to me in a week. I frist enthusiastically wrote a long letter that is set to be sent out in five years. Then I got curious of how that works and sent out a testing letter with the minimal wait times and still haven't been heard from it, not even in the junk mail. This app is crapp and have wasted my time that I had high hope with.

This app used to be really awesome, and I encouraged friends and family to use it. But now when I try to get into it, it asked me to update the app, so I go to update the app and there's no prompt update it. So I keep going from Play store app menu to the menu when I open the app, and it keeps saying update and there's no update prompt I'm not sure what to do please somebody help me.
