This app is so helpful to me and my mommy. We love to shop from Sketchers and Vera Bradley, both of whom accept Afterpay. It is very helpful if you really want something and don't want to have to pay the full amount upfront and would rather do a more affordable payment plan. You pay a set amount that they determine, and you have a payment every two weeks. Pay it on time and your "available to spend" amount increase. Amazing app, very helpful, very useful and definitely worth using/downloading.

PREZZIE GIFT CARDS ARE NOT SAFE!!! I had 300 a dollar gift card stolen and a lot of other people are missing gift cards from around the same date, my order was 12-20-2025. Prezzie closed the customer service ticket 12-31-2025 without fixing the problem. The card was empty as soon as it hit the email address. This issue is on prezzies end not the customer. Afterpay is working on the Prezzie issue as of 01-09-2026

I placed two Amazon orders through afterpay, so I could stretch my money a bit during the holidays. After a week, afterpay decided that instead of fulfilling their end of the agreement, they would stop part of the payment, forcing me to pay the difference. I try to use their customer support, and they have yet to help resolve the issue or even address the actual problem. I'm a fairly patient person, but this is ridiculous.

Unable to make purchases through the app. The limit is $600 through the app but if I go through the website there is no limit available. There is an error message when trying to sign in to Amazon through the afterpay app, that says someone is trying to access my account, talk with afterpay they say talk to Amazon even though the error is through the afterpay app. I can go to Amazon right now and order with no issues or errors messages.

They don't have good fraudulent department they call me 5 times, and I said it was me making a purchase they still let it went through.
