Happy with app but would love a 'pay off total amount' option. It takes forever to pay off a few grand in one go, I'd love to see an option to pay off thr full amount in one go with maybe a warning and to put in password to do so... I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love this feature when they are able to pay off the full amount.

Have had Afterpay for years now. Have always paid on time. In the past 2 months, I had a mix-up with payment schedules and, as such, missed 2 payments amounting to no more than $70 total. Now have lost my platinum benefits until November. I am closing my amount. Have tried calling the service desk. Either with no answer or transfers to incorrect departments. This service has had its glory days its. This ship is sinking. Sell your shares.

Yeh don't use afterpay you will get your account hacked card details stolen and funny enough when you go through the process to get in contact with someone which is crazy hard you'll find out they don't have a contact number there online chat assistance is bot operated, and the message system to an operator is slow, delayed. When you look at how this app got started you would think they would be people focussed, but they are definitely not, robotic systems and weak protection against hacking

Fix this. There is no excuse for this amount of slow speed and BS when it comes to verification. Spend some time making the app work properly instead of cancelling an account because of your poor security methods. Honestly it's like using an old Intel.
