I wish I had anything good to say. Tech support is useless. Customer service is barely coherent. The game servers are currently broken and they don't care enough to fix. CONS: - hardly anyone plays, and for a mostly multiplayer game, that sucks - SERVERS ARE BROKEN!!!!!! *As of time of this writing, the North America and Europe servers are DEAD and there's NO explanation from tech support regarding this *ASIAN server works intermittently, BUT be warned
