Do not buy! Broken app and zero support. Extremely disappointed with the Easy Touch Wellness Metabolic Health Monitor. The app is poorly designed and fails to display any vital metrics besides the basic metabolic score. Furthermore, the company offers zero customer support; tickets, emails, and mobile calls all go completely unanswered. This product feels like a deceptive marketing gimmick. Avoid.

I have purchased easy touch wellness for my Metabolic levels. It's not working accurate. It's a waste product. When I check with this device it's showing like 173. When I check with other glucometers it's showing 215.

I ordered the Easy One product, but to my surprise, I received an already used device. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of quality checks before dispatching orders. I immediately emailed the company requesting a refund, but as expected, there has been no response so far. Very disappointing customer service and poor professional standards. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

Daylight looting by white collars... For GOD’s sake don't buy. I bought it foolishly thinking it would provide prickless blood glucose level as mentioned in product specifications when I opened Agatha app it asks us to mention fasting time and also to take current reading taken from normal blood test kit with needle prick How illogical and foolish. U ask to take snap of pricking blood test kit and also mention fasting time in app.... It's like ASKING ANSWERS AND QUESTIONS FROM THE STUDENTS
