Agentic: Mobile Money Agent

Agentic turns your phone into a mobile money agent counter. Serve MTN and Airtel customers in Uganda from one app and one float, and earn commission on every transaction.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Cash-in: a customer gives you cash and receives it on their MTN or Airtel mobile money straight away.
• Cash-out: the customer approves the payment on their own phone. Once it reaches your float, you hand over the cash.
• Pay bills: electricity, water and TV subscriptions for your customers.
• Bank deposits: send money to accounts at major Ugandan banks.
• Float top-up and withdrawal: add float from your own mobile money, or send it back when you have too much.
• Agent-to-agent transfers: move float to another Agentic agent in seconds, for example a branch or a partner shop.

The customer's registered name is shown before any money moves, so you can check you have the right number every time.

EARN ON EVERY TRANSACTION
Commission goes into a separate commission wallet, apart from your float. See exactly what you earned and move it to your float whenever you choose. The full fee and commission table for every amount is in the app, so you know what you will earn before you start.

RECEIPTS AND REPORTS
Every transaction has a receipt. Daily and monthly reports show your volume and your earnings at a glance.

BUILT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE
• Every transaction needs your 4-digit PIN, and too many wrong PINs lock the account.
• Your account is tied to your phone. A new phone must be verified and waits before it can move money.
• Your National ID number and personal details are encrypted when stored.
• Every shilling is recorded in a double-entry ledger that is checked every night.

GET STARTED IN MINUTES
1. Sign up with your MTN or Airtel number and the code we send you by SMS or WhatsApp.
2. Enter your details as they appear on your National ID.
3. Choose your PIN.
4. Pay the one-time activation fee from your mobile money. The amount is shown before you pay, and your account switches on as soon as it arrives.
5. Top up your float and start serving customers.

WHO CAN JOIN
Shop and kiosk owners in Uganda aged 18 or over, with a Ugandan National ID and an MTN or Airtel number in their own name.
