still poor after 5 years been using this since wm 5. they had my pw for aol wrong for years and i sent in a few tickets which were ignored. i force changed the pw and it fixed it but now says im on msn when im not. it takes 26% of cpu and locks. on my ics skyrocket. its a poor product and has been for many years i have lifetime liscense and i have ads???
