In the contest rules it says that photos will be judged on quality, and also from the GENDER OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER, ETHNICITY AND FROM WHERE THE PHOTOGRAPHER COMES FROM. This is so wrong in so many ways. A photo should be judged purely for its quality, story telling and feelings it transmits, no matter who the photographer is. Everybody should deserve a fair chance based on their skills, not based on who they are. Ridiculous app.
