Agro Notes: Farm Notebook

Agro Notes replaces the paper notebook and scattered messages. Every job, treatment and observation is kept in one place, organized by field, so your spray records stay up to date and are ready to export whenever a buyer, an advisor or an inspector asks for them.

The app is currently free. In the future we plan to introduce a subscription of about $30 / €30 per year per farm.

📝 FIELD NOTES
• Record field work, sowing, fertilizing, irrigation, harvests and crop damage.
• Log scouting observations of weeds, diseases, pests and nutrient deficiencies.
• Attach photos taken in the field.
• Browse the full history of every field, filtered by type, date or person.

🚜 SPRAY RECORDS
• Record crop protection treatments for one or more fields at once.
• Store the product, authorization number, rate, treated area, crop with its EPPO code, BBCH growth stage and the reason for the treatment.
• Let the app calculate the amount of product needed for the treated area.
• Fill in the weather for the field and time of the treatment from a forecast, then adjust it to what you saw.
• Plan a treatment ahead and mark it as done when it is applied.
• Export treatments and notes to PDF or CSV.

💧 FERTILIZING AND IRRIGATION
• Record fertilizer products, rates and the nutrients they supply.
• Log irrigation events and see the total water applied.

🗺️ FIELD MAP
• Draw field boundaries on the map; the area is calculated automatically.
• See all your fields on one map and open the history of any field with a tap.
• Download the map to your phone so it works without signal.

👥 TASKS AND TEAM
• Invite family, employees or contractors to your farm by email.
• Assign tasks with due dates and priorities.
• Mention people in notes; they get a push notification.
• Work on several farms from one account.

📊 SUMMARIES
• Summarize one field, a crop or the whole farm for a chosen period: treatments, products used, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium applied, irrigation water and yields.

📶 WORKS OFFLINE
• Add notes and treatments in the field with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when your phone is back online.
