Friendly atmosphere. There's a good selection of games and bars. The rooms in the hotel are very clean. There is a good selection of restaurants. I used to smoke and don't care, but it might be a negative to some people. Overall is a fantastic casino.

If I have any problem in my bank account, in my social media accounts, in my mail address and if I get scam calls, this app and aqua caliente is one and only responsible subject. They ask every info and want to reach your photos etc. but when it comes to work nothing works, not possible to log in not possible to use the app. It's kinda like phone number and mail stealing app for selling it to 3rd party.

Poorly put together app. Worst part is that I have played hundreds upon hundreds of $$$ on their slots and poker machines. Since I joined in July, I have received NOTHING, NADA, ZERO in Free Play, Resort Credits, or promos. Not only do you rarely win on their machines, their ridiculous players club gives you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
