Been double charge for the annual subscription. Tried reaching out to the only available email for the past 2 months and no one bothers to respond. Utterly unprofessional. The app is also ultra buggy. With sections that hangs each time when used and kids are not able to proceed with the learning. Severely affecting the kids learning experience. Terrible app.
