What the Hell are Wishes? I paid for the premium version, used it to transcribe about 8 videos, and it stopped working. The error says I am out of "wishes." I can't find anything in the incredibly lacking help files. I sent a message to them, maybe I will get a response? Based on other reviews, I am doubtful.

Worth ZERO stars. This app is useless. It won't allow me to create an account or record a single meeting. I emailed the app owner after paying for the pro version, and they don't have the courtesy to even respond. I want my money back!

Love this entire concept. It works 95% of the time. But recently completely failed me. Lost an hour note (it only records an hour at a time) during an important meeting and customer service is non-responsive for assistance. I also can never actually log in. I'll find a different option.

DOESN'T WORK; The app worked for maybe two weeks, then as of then I have been unable to use it. It has three features on how you can transcribe, 1) YouTube videos (doesn't work), 2) upload a recording (doesn't work), 3) record within the app (doesn't work). I paid $89.00 for PRO and got a few uses out of it, then it quit working.
