Paid for a year subscription 8 months ago. Total waste of money. "Processing failure" 9 out of 10 times. That's being kind. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, force stopped, blah blah blah. I emailed for help for about the first 4 or 5 months but never once got a response.

The UI looks promising, but it always shows "processing failed" I'm guessing because it requires Internet, which I don't trust you with. Nope, doesn't work then. Apps these days should have the AI built in.
