Continuously telling me to login. Biometrics do not work. Sent a message for troubleshooting and never got an answer back. Edit: Aia followed up and biometrics finally work again after logging in a couple of times in a row. Now it works fine.

Updated version kept logging out. Have to log in at least twice and wait for the otp. Cannot sync with open rice points.

18-Nov-2024 Tried using the newer AIA+ version. Still buggy! I just changed my password but can't log in using the same password. Tried "forget password" procedures but can't get through using my DOB and ID! Then there is "too many attempts" error! Nothing I can do !!! Had AIA did UAT before rolling out? 18-Sep-2022 User experience/App design are terrible. Response is slow for every function. Uninstalled.
