Extremely disappointed. Been a loyal customer last 3 years and my first insurance. But exploited. Dear Vitality team, I am aware I have not been recorded data and deliberately was stripped of my opportunities of getting the benefits for at least 4 months by saying I am unconnected via the aia app although I allowed all my permissions and also deliberately reduce my steps every day. My agent cannot solve the problem and hotline cannot either. Please help me. Thank you very much.
