I tried to use this Airalo app on my recent trip to Turkey. Lost $12!!! This app didn't work in Turkey at all. Trayed to communicate to solve a problem, I received just robots useless emails. This app looks like scam to me. Better save money and get a real sim card from local Mobil service providers. Pay just once, not twice!!! Not recommend this app !!! Thank you for reading.

Sims not working. Got two esims for use in UK and USA. Neither of them worked in the two countries. Tried everything as per installation instructions - APN, manual setting of carriers,,,, carriers do not support them. Total waste of money. Support team not helpful. Just sending the standard installation steps.
