★★☆☆☆ Really poor support system. Esim didn't work, after following multiple help pages, it wasn't fixed. Tried chatting a support agent, but the wait times were insane and agents kept switching inexplicably while I awaited an answer. Would not recommend. I then chatted them as requested, after they left the below reply to my review, only for them to stop responding to me once again when their product continued to fail. Disingenuous comment attempting to misrepresent a product that does not work.

★★☆☆☆ I have had a terrible experience. Airalo does not work on my Samsung S24 Ultra. I have asked on WhatsApp and the app for assistance and I get their stupid bot which does not resolve anything and keeps promising to transfer me to an agent, but it never happens. I want my money back. This is theft. I have had to buy and in country SIm too, so I have paid twice
