★★☆☆☆ I can't rate the app because I'm unable to use it. It will not send an email, so I can verify my email address to be able to use the app. Very frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ Won't connect to either phone or if it does the connection drops. Chocolate teapot...

★★☆☆☆ I have updated the App to v1.3.2 & the firmware is at 1.0.0.whilst the App records without issues, the transcribe of uploaded files seems to randomly work, possibly dependant upon time of day. I've read online that file recording time is an issue. However, there are no recommendations. When live transcribe is used the text appears with only a slight delay. When uploaded files are transcribed, the screen just appears to be hung. Even transferring files from the card to the app is parodic.

★★☆☆☆ Had been working for months all of a sudden stopped working today, won't connect to device and when trying to log in constantly says network error
