It doesn't work if the phones are on different internet connections. I tested this over the weekend multiple times with my 2 phones at home. Today with my one phone at work it doesn't want to connect to the phone at home. I even paid for the premium one-month subscription (can I get a refund?). I was so looking forward to check up on my dogs at home. So very disappointed.
