Good for biz travelers. Do not need to leave passport at different countries and with this reusable SIM card, we can easily decide on the package we want even after landing at the destination Country. Very good 24 hours customer service

Great for frequent travelers. Yes the prices per day may be higher than a local SIM (China is especially expensive), but you get great flexibility, no firewall, always on connectivity via unlimited data (maybe speed restricted after a limit) and only need to carry one SIM card! No queues or strangers taking photos of your passport at airports. Plus you get free voice calls and can even divert your phone number for incoming call if you have a Hong Kong number! Top job!

25/5/2018 I wrote app had bugs, CS refuse to further repair app. I will switch to other sim on the market. They don't care losing customers and won't admit own fault. Edited : now Dec 2023, totally forgot how junk Air sim is so forgot warn my frd with 40 HK tour members were gifted Air sim to travel to Iraq now not a single person's phone can connect to network and all prepaid HKD408 for 15 days. Beat that.

The speed of the network is horrible, base on the price I paid per day I don't expect to be this slow as I paying more than the overseas pre-paid card. I am better off getting pre-paid card in overseas.

The cellular data service worked, but, the prices are expensive. Even though it will show you a very low "price per day", you would need to buy a package for at least a month to get that rate. Regular tourist packages are 10 times that amount. Very misleading, and not worth it when services like Airalo exist.

SIM card spoil when I start using it. I am at the beginning of traveling. The roaming fee is killing me. Contacted customer support, not helpful at all.
