While I appreciate the ability to review details of the trailer while away, I still cannot direct the front AC to use the heat pump or furnace in cold weather. I also cannot place the climate control into a TRUE Auto mode, as it only adjusts cold air, not any warm air in auto. While it says the Pep wave password can be changed via the app in the app update history, I do not find this to be true. For such an expensive trailer, the technology was poorly executed.

Abysmal user interface, inconsistent connectivity, and absolute lack of anything confidence inspiring conspire to make the system that much worse for attempting to utilize this app.

Takes forever to load, +constantly crashes once it loads. No reply from Air stream. Also paid for the subscription through AT&T, the bandwidth provided is only enough to power the air stream app, at $360 a year you would think they'd give you more data so that you can utilize the onboard Wi-Fi to stream movies and music. Yet the bandwidth prohibits you from streaming anything other than the data needed to power the Air stream App. Definitely not worth the $360 a year!
