Messy photos folder. There is a sub folder named photos inside airtake folder on sd card which occupies almost 500+ Mb space on sd card, it contains .0 extension files and they could not be opened, i want to know what it is and is it safe to delete? It contains almost 3500+ files , plz let me know about it as it occupies too much space on sd card.

I've been using this as my default camera I like it but really don't know all the ways to use it. Where do the photos go? How do I see them once they are no longer in recent photos? Why do some pictures just disappear? Where can we find answers about this app? I love the concept of all the pictures storing elsewhere for free, but worry I am just taking temporary photos. Thanks for your response. I may have to contact you as my phone is now always saying Airtake has to shut down. Hmm.

Have attempted to contact Tuya about my issue 3 times w no response. I have not been able to open this app from my phone since about Oct/Nov2016 and it has not backed up my photos since that time. I have a paid subscription since July or August 2016. Can access all past photos on desktop only. Everyime I try to open on my phone a popup says "photo Master keeps stopping" (it will not open or back up my photos at all since a month after I paid)

Deletes photos Sometimes it wont let me take photos and erases the ones I have taken! My little sis came to visit me from Utah and we took a bunch of pictures in which I used this app and it deleted every pic we took and I would love to have those pictures so its disheartening but rather then those flaws it does take great pictures and if it would save them it would be a 5 star! I believe theirs room for improvement on this one and it will be great!
