I recharged the app several times, the app says the transaction wasn't successful but the money got deducted from the account, but the balance in the app remain zero, I emailed the customer care as I couldn't find a customer care number, even after 10 days the customer service is not giving me a valid reply. I recommend hangout dialer, I came to know recently, as it is not charging for India to USA calling, a lot cheaper without any validity or calling plans.
