★★☆☆☆ I recently decided to switch to Airtel Broadband, and it has been an absolute nightmare. First, they took the advanced installation payment upfront and promised a quick installation within 24 hours. However, the installation team never showed up on the scheduled date. When I called customer service, they kept saying that we will highlight your request, and their chatbot is absolute garbage don't trust these types of telecom companies who can't even do something as they promised to.

★★☆☆☆ Giving 1 star because of bad mobile interface. The moment I click to see postpaid plan, it asks OTP. I don't understand why do I need OTP to know and compare postpaid plans being offered by Airtel as I am already logged in app using my prepaid number.
