While the app wasn't difficult to connect to the doorbell camera or difficult to use, the recording always seemed to start long after the movement was detected (it would record someone leaving my porch, not when they were approaching). When I would hit play to check an alert, the image would freeze and I could hear sounds but not see video. I would have to download video to what it. Now they want you to pay a subscription to see videos just recorded? Think not.

★★☆☆☆ 21st Mar reduced to 10 videos stored but not watchable unless you pay! 1st Mar Still not back to free viewing and no reply from Aiwit 😭😠 Give us back the free contracted viewing. 23rd Feb NOW BACK TO PAY SUBSCRIPTION EVEN TO VIEW THE VIDEOS FFS stop doing this. *Bought Van bar doorbell cams, and it came with & still shows "Lifetime Cloud Storage - No subscription fees for the lifetime cloud service storage. Videos can be stored in the cloud for 7 days.
